Strength and Endurance

Coordination
As a construction worker you do not just need brute strength but also hand-eye coordination and dexterity. You need to have excellent eyesight and the ability to move both arms and legs quickly in any environment for construction work.
If you are operating machinery you need to be able to see the gauges and dials clearly and be able to examine details at close and far range.
