Communication Issues
If you want to avoid most of the issues that arise on a jobsite during a project, all you have to do is make sure that all vital information regarding the project is available to all the parties involved in the construction process. It may not seem like such a big deal, but readily available information and transparency when working on a project can do wonders for that project. Everyone involved in the project should know if there are to be any changes in the project or site so they can prepare themselves accordingly.
