At this year’s Con-Expo a lot of companies rolled out new product lines among which was also Yanmar compact equipment. Their new line of compact track loaders unveiled at Con Expo 2023 is not just an ASV rebrand.
The company has announced the launch of four new compact track loaders: the TL65RS, TL75VS, TL80VS, and TL100VS. Designed to meet a variety of construction needs, these models will be available in the market soon.
Performance Features
Yanmar claims that these construction-grade machines are durable and powerful. They come with Tier 4 Final Yanmar diesel engines that offer plenty of horsepowers, ranging from 67 to 103.5. The suspended seat provides 360-degree visibility, and the LED lighting on the front and rear enhances visibility. Each CTL is going to come with a two-year/2,000-hour warranty well as a suspended undercarriage that has a pivot-link system at the rear axle for added resistance on tough jobs.
Efficiency Features
The models come with several optional efficiency-enhancing features. A 7-inch color display comes standard, and it includes adjustable controls, high-flow hydraulics, work tool position, automatic ride control, automatic two-speed, and dual-direction self-leveling. Yanmar claims that these features help improve the performance of the machine and will level out the learning curve for new operators.
Technology Features
Yanmar has incorporated its SmartAssist telematics into the loaders, which offers features ranging from error detection and notification to real-time operational status updates and daily work reports.
The integrated theft protection also improves safety as the owner can set a range from a particular location and if that range is exceeded the owner of the equipment would be alerted.
Of the four new compact track loaders being launched by the company, the first one to hit the market will be the TL100VS.
